My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.  While we can't change difficult past situations, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.  By applying complementary therapy approaches, such as mindfulness and cognitive therapy, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more meaningful life.  Additionally, I believe in treating the whole person; mentally, spiritually, and physically.  By examining the whole person experience, we will build a balanced life that can withstand the ebbs and flows of one's life journey.

Furthermore, I have years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy with an emphasis on women's issues.   I have provided therapy in a therapeutic residential facility for adolescent girls, a community mental health agency in the child and adolescent program and a women's shelter.  I have been a clinical director of a program and currently offer clinical supervision to therapists.
